Sendo estudante, no início do curso de arquitetura, ainda não consegui compreender o impacto do uso do sistema "BIM" no desenrolar da profissão de arquiteto.
Gostaria de saber como a rotina do arquiteto é alterada quando passa-se a usar este sistema.
O que deixa-se de fazer ou, o que o programa otimiza?
Onde ganha-se tempo?
Pelo que eu andei lendo, o BIM é uma grande evolução, pois proporcionará um ganho de tempo imenso e deixará o arquiteto livre para dedicar-semais a "arquitetura-arquitetura". Até onde essa afirmação extraída de um site (comercial) é utópica?
